What a lovely calm image to watch! Colors and framing make it still a photo where you can look longer at then normal.
The out of center rocks brought back in balance by the clouds and probably give it the dynamics what made it this interesting scene!
Viewing it in full I think it could use some less grain in the photo so I would try to smooth that out. (Also agree with Daemare comment to post process some of the shell fragments). It was for sure the right choose to made it a long exposure photo.
Anyhow love this great photo and I sure feel the moment!
